What Happens After Your mini session?

Once your session is complete, I will send you a set of unedited, watermarked preview images in the form of a gallery. From these previews, you can choose the photos you’d like me to professionally edit.

Selecting Your Images

Choose the number of images included in your booked package, or select more if you’d like to purchase additional photographs or upgrade.

If your package includes 5 images, you’ll need to select exactly 5 for editing.

You can upgrade your package at any time, but downgrades are not allowed after the photoshoot.

Love more of your photographs than your package includes? You can add individual images or upgrade your package when making your selection.

Upgrade to Standard
A lovely way to keep more of your favourites, with prints to enjoy at home.

  • 8 edited digital images

  • Matching 5×7” prints of all 8 photographs

  • A mini film of your session, up to 1 minute

Upgrade to Premium
Keep a fuller collection of your graduation memories, with beautiful keepsakes to treasure.

  • 20 edited digital images, each in colour and black and white

  • 10 prints in 5×7”, chosen from your edited photographs.

  • A personalised A5 photo magnet

  • An A3 poster of your favourite edited photograph

  • A film of your session, up to 3 minutes

Full package price: £279

Your existing package payment counts towards your upgrade.

Prefer just a few extra photographs?

  • Mini: £20 per additional image

  • Standard: £15 per additional image

  • Premium: £10 per additional image

🎥 A mini film / reel of up to 60 seconds can be added to the Mini package for £30.

To upgrade, simply let me know before you finalise your selection.

How to Select Your Favourite Images

Selecting your images is simple.

As you browse your gallery, you will see a heart icon on each photograph. Simply click the heart to add that image to your favourites list.

You can add or remove images from your favourites list at any time, so don't worry if you change your mind while making your selection.

Once you have selected the exact number of images included in your package (or more if you are considering purchasing additional images or upgrading your package), simply send me a message to let me know that your selection is complete.

I will then be able to view your favourites list and begin preparing your order.

Please note that your favourites list remains editable until you notify me that your final selection is ready.

Time to Make Your Selection
You’ll have 7 days to choose your photos. If you don’t make your selection within this timeframe, I will select the photos for you based on your package. Only the number of images included in your package will be edited.

Editing Timeline
Once your selection is complete, the editing process will take approximately 2-4 weeks. The sooner you make your selection, the sooner your gallery will be ready!

Payment for Extra Photos


Payment for additional images or a package upgrade is due when you confirm your selection. Editing will begin once your selection is final and any outstanding balance has been paid.

Can I Order More Photos Later?

Yes! You can order additional photographs for up to 2 weeks after I send your edited gallery. After this period, all remaining unedited files will be permanently deleted, so please contact me within those 2 weeks if you’d like more.
