What Happens After Your “newborn” Photoshoot?
After Your Session
Once your session is complete, you will receive a gallery of unedited, watermarked preview images. From these previews, you can select the photographs you would like professionally edited and included in your package.
Selecting Your Images
If your package includes 8 digital images, you will need to choose 8 images for editing. If you fall in love with more photographs than your package includes, you have two options:
Upgrade to a higher package to include more photos at a discounted rate.
Purchase additional images individually at the rates listed below.
You can upgrade your package at any time, but downgrades are not allowed after the photoshoot.
Time to Make Your Selection
You will have 7 days to submit your image selection. If no selection is received within this timeframe, I will choose the images on your behalf based on your package allowance, unless we have agreed on an extension in advance.
Only the number of images included in your chosen package will be edited.
How to Select Your Favourite Images
Selecting your images is simple.
As you browse your gallery, you will see a heart icon on each photograph. Simply click the heart to add that image to your favourites list.
You can add or remove images from your favourites list at any time, so don't worry if you change your mind while making your selection.
Once you have selected the exact number of images included in your package (or more if you are considering purchasing additional images or upgrading your package), simply send me a message to let me know that your selection is complete.
I will then be able to view your favourites list and begin preparing your order.
Please note that your favourites list remains editable until you notify me that your final selection is ready.
Editing Timeline
Once your image selection has been received, the editing process typically takes between 2-4 weeks.
The sooner your selection is made, the sooner I can begin editing and deliver your final gallery. Every image is individually hand-edited to ensure the highest quality finish.
Upgrades
Fallen in love with more images than your package includes? You can upgrade your package at any time after viewing your gallery.
When upgrading, you only pay the difference between your original package and the upgraded package price.
Standard (£269) → Premium (£449)
Upgrade for £180 and receive:
• 12 additional professionally edited digital images (20 in total)
• All 20 images delivered in both colour and black & white versions
• 2 additional 5×7" prints (10 in total)
• A personalised A5 photo magnet
• A beautiful A2 canvas featuring your favourite image
• A complimentary keepsake bodysuit from the photographer
• An extended cinematic session video (up to 3 minutes instead of 1 minute)
• Reduced price for any additional images (£10 each instead of £20 each)
Upgrading is often the most cost-effective option for families who find it difficult to narrow their gallery down to just a few favourites, while also providing beautiful keepsakes to enjoy long after your session.
Extra Photos
If you’d like more photos than your package includes, additional photos are priced as follows:
Standard Package: £20 per extra photo
Premium Package: £10 per extra photo
This flexible system allows you to create the collection that suits your family best, whether you would like a few extra favourites or decide to upgrade to enjoy the additional products and savings included in a larger package.
Payment for Extra Photos
Any additional images or package upgrades must be paid for before editing begins. This allows me to start working on your gallery immediately and ensures a smooth editing and delivery process without unnecessary delays.
Can I Order More Photos Later?
Once your final gallery has been delivered, you will have 14 days to purchase additional edited images if you wish to expand your collection.
After this period, all unedited images will be permanently removed from my system to free up storage space and comply with my file retention policy.
If you think you may want additional photographs, I strongly recommend making your decision within the 14-day period to avoid disappointment.
Please note that once the unedited images have been deleted, it will no longer be possible to purchase additional photographs from your session.

To secure the appointment, a deposit of £50 should be paid within 48 hours of booking. This amount will be deducted from the package price.
