What Happens After Your “newborn” Photoshoot?


After Your Session
Once your session is complete, I will send you a set of unedited, watermarked preview images. From these previews, you can choose the photos you’d like me to professionally edit.

Selecting Your Images
If your package includes 8 images, you’ll need to select exactly 8 for editing. If you’d like more than your package allows, you have two options:

  1. Upgrade to a higher package to include more photos at a discounted rate.

  2. Purchase additional images individually at the rates listed below.

You can upgrade your package at any time, but downgrades are not allowed after the photoshoot.

Time to Make Your Selection
You’ll have 7 days to choose your photos. If you don’t make your selection within this timeframe, I will select the photos for you based on your package. (Unless you notify me about a delay.) Only the number of images included in your package will be edited.

Editing Timeline
Once your selection is complete, the editing process will take approximately 2-4 weeks. The sooner you make your selection, the sooner your gallery will be ready. I will put my best effort to complete your gallery as soon as possible.

Extra Photos and Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher package (you can find them below), you only pay the difference in price between your original package and the upgraded one. No images are charged twice.


If you’d like more photos than your package includes, additional photos are priced as follows:

  • Standard Package: £20 per extra photo

  • Premium Package: £10 per extra photo

This flexible system allows you to customise your package to suit your needs. Whether you want just a few extras or decide to upgrade your package entirely, you can ensure you’ll have the perfect collection of photos!

Payment for Extra Photos


Any additional photos must be paid for at the time of selection. Editing will only begin once the balance for extra images has been cleared. This ensures your gallery is processed smoothly and without delays.

Can I Order More Photos Later?

Once you receive your edited gallery, you’ll have 2 weeks to request additional photos if you’d like more than what’s included in your package. After this 2-week period, all unedited/raw photos will be permanently deleted to free up storage space.

If you’re considering adding more images to your collection, please don’t wait - contact me within the 2-week window to ensure your favourites are preserved!

    Premium Newborn Session - £449

  • To secure the appointment, a deposit of £50 should be paid within 48 hours of booking. This amount will be deducted from the package price.
