After the session, within 3 days, you will receive a set of unedited preview photos with watermarks. From these previews, you will choose the photos you would like me to professionally edit.
How to Select Your Favourite Images

Selecting your images is simple.
As you browse your gallery, you will see a heart icon on each photograph. Simply click the heart to add that image to your favourites list.
You can add or remove images from your favourites list at any time, so don't worry if you change your mind while making your selection.
Once you have selected the exact number of images included in your package (or more if you are considering purchasing additional images or upgrading your package), simply send me a message to let me know that your selection is complete.
I will then be able to view your favourites list and begin preparing your order.
Please note that your favourites list remains editable until you notify me that your final selection is ready.

If your package includes 5 images, you’ll need to select exactly 5 for editing.
You can upgrade your package at any time.

Total of 15 digital photos and 5 beautiful prints (13×18 cm), carefully selected from these 15 shots.
A 1-minute video clip/mini film from the session (without watermarks, without music, ready to download and share) - free in the package ❤️
One personalised digital photo in the Snow Globe - with a photo of your choice (from the edited ones).
With this package, you receive more photos, a unique film, and an unforgettable shot in Snow Globe (as seen above), all in one exclusive set. It’s the perfect way to capture all the magic of the holiday season for your family.

Payment for Additional Photos

Any additional photographs must be paid for when the final selection is made. Editing of the selected photographs will begin after the full payment has been received.
If you would like to spread the cost, an instalment plan can be arranged. Please get in touch before editing begins to discuss the available options.
Can I order more photos later, once I receive the edited pictures?

After 2 weeks, all remaining unedited and RAW files will be permanently deleted and will no longer be available to purchase.
If you would like to order more photographs, please contact me within this 2 week period.
Please make your final photograph selection as soon as possible to ensure your photographs can be edited and delivered in time for Christmas. Delaying your selection may mean that Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Can I order other photo products?

Yes. A range of additional photo products is available, including extra prints, larger print sizes, posters, canvases and other personalised photography products.
These can be ordered separately in addition to the products included in your session package.

Personalised Christmas Cards

Personalised Christmas cards can also be ordered using one of the photographs from your session. Choose from 3 front designs and 3 back designs.
Each set costs £10 and includes 5 identical Christmas cards and 5 red envelopes.
Christmas cards should be ordered as soon as possible after receiving your gallery to allow enough time for personalisation, printing and delivery before Christmas.

Editing & Delivery Time

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your photographs to be carefully edited and delivered.
During the Christmas season, the editing queue follows the order in which final selections and payments are completed, rather than the date each photoshoot took place. Once your photographs have been selected and any outstanding payment has been received, your order joins the editing queue.
The goal is to have all Christmas photographs ready and delivered before Christmas. 🎄 To help everything stay on schedule, please complete your selection as soon as possible after receiving your gallery.
The sooner your selection is completed, the sooner your photographs can join the editing queue and begin their journey to becoming your finished Christmas gallery. ❤️
Gallery Access & Selection Deadline

Your preview gallery will remain available for 7 days. Please complete your final selection within this time. Automatic reminder emails will be sent before the gallery expires to help you keep track of the deadline.
If you need a little more time, please contact me before the gallery expires. If the gallery expires without a completed selection or an agreed extension, a £10 reopening fee will apply.
Your place in the editing queue is based on when your final selection and payment are completed, not the date of your photoshoot. Reopening an expired gallery does not restore your previous place in the queue, so a delayed selection will also mean a later delivery date.
