WHAT happens NEXT AFTER your christmas MINI SESSION

After the session, within 3 days, you will receive a set of unedited preview photos with watermarks. From these previews, you will choose the photos you would like me to professionally edit.

Choosing Photos in the gallery
In the gallery with unedited photos, you can mark your favorite images by clicking the heart icon on each one. This will create a list of your favorites. Once your list is ready, just let me know—I will then be able to see it and begin editing!

If your package includes 5 photos, you must select exactly 5 for editing. If you want more photos than your package allows, you have two options:

• You can upgrade your package and add more photos at a reduced price.

• You can purchase additional photos individually at the rates listed below.

You can upgrade your package at any time, but it is not possible to reduce it after the session has been completed.

Time to Choose Your Photos
You have 7 days to make your photo selections. If you do not choose within this time, I will select the photos for you according to your package. Only the photos included in your package will be edited.
If the gallery expires and you would like to reopen it, a reopening fee of £10 will apply.

Editing Time
After selecting your photos, the editing process usually takes 2–4 weeks. The sooner you choose your favorite shots, the sooner your gallery will be ready!
As every year, I make every effort to ensure all families receive their finished photos before the holidays, so please be sure to make your selections within the designated time.

Additional Photos and Package Extension
If you would like more photos than included in your package, the prices for additional photos are as follows:

• 📷 £15 for each additional digital photo
  and/or

• ✨ Exclusive Package Extension Option – PREMIUM for an additional £100 from the starting price.

  Many families love to make their session even more special with our PREMIUM package, which allows them to preserve even more magical memories from this wonderful day.

  What does the PREMIUM package include:

  • 20 digital photos and 5 beautiful prints (13×18 cm), carefully selected from these 20 shots.

  • A 1-minute video clip from the session (without watermarks, without music, ready to download and share) — free in the package (its market value is about £200) ❤️

  • One digital photo with Santa Claus*** with a photo of your choice (from the edited ones).

With this package, you receive more photos, a unique film, and an unforgettable shot with Santa, all in one exclusive set. It’s the perfect way to capture all the magic of the holiday session for your family.

This flexible solution allows you to tailor the package to your needs. Whether you want just a few additional shots or decide on a full package extension, you can be sure to receive a collection of photos perfectly suited to your expectations! 💛📸

Payment for Additional Photos

Any additional photos must be paid for at the time of selection. Editing will begin only after payment for the extra images has been settled. This ensures your gallery is processed smoothly and without delays. If you prefer to use an installment plan, let me know — we will surely find a convenient solution!

Can I order more photos later, once I receive the edited pictures?

After receiving the edited gallery, you have 2 weeks to purchase additional photos if you wish to expand your collection beyond what your package includes. After this period, all unedited files/RAW photos will be permanently deleted to free up disk space.

If you are considering adding more photos, don’t hesitate — contact me within 2 weeks to ensure your favorite shots are preserved. Please note, however, that these photos will be edited after the holidays.
